This paper proposes a decision support framework for defining planning parameters national crop production. The proposed addresses the gaps in policymaking, role of all stakeholders, and uses historical data production different sectors land optimizing profits that shall meet defined constraints including requirement, export demand crops. There are many agro-economy-based countries where agriculture is main contributor to their GDP, while there others who always struggle need agro-economy component earnings. Crops not produced with keeping balance. Rather, crops mostly according farmer’s ease last year’s prices profit maximization leading excessive one type crop, lowering margins, shortage some key need. presents aiding tool can be used awareness meets needs maximizing model tested on segments cultivated lands Pakistan validation first experiment performed single farmland multi-fields second multi-locations multi-fields. results promising provide estimates net profit, expected against each analysis aids planning, before after application our meeting necessary constraints.
